Early-access forms may process name, email, role and organization. Preliminary assessments may process age range, selected health areas, medication count, goals and nutrition preferences.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed on the basis of explicit consent to understand product fit, manage pilot participation, communicate with users and improve the service.
Retention and security
Data should be retained only as long as necessary and protected through access control, encryption, audit logging and regular security review.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent through the project’s official support channel when it becomes available.
